SINGLE WILL
A last will and testament sets out a person’s wishes which are to be carried out after their death.
In a will you can deal with matters such as the distribution of your assets amongst your named beneficiaries, whether conditional or not, the maintenance of a surviving spouse, the guardianship of any minor children as well as the protection of a minor’s inheritance through the use of a Trust, as well your funeral, burial or other wishes upon your death.

JOINT WILL
A joint will is similar to the single will except it is written and signed by two parties, usually spouses or life partners, who have joint assets and/or have children together, and who wish to deal with their separate estates in one document, in a concise manner, as opposed to dealing with the same matters separately.
